Vascular occlusion in a patient with posteriorly dislocated double IOL

چکیده

Age and uncontrolled hypertension are well established risk factors for retinal vascular occlusion. IOL (intraocular lens) implantation following intraoperative posterior capsule rupture has an increased of dislocation in the segment. We came across a case infero-temporal branched vein occlusion followed by direct injury mobile which was posteriorly dislocated. The patient also had one another dislocated stuck anterior vitreous. This highlights need urgent removal IOL, should precede placement secondary to avoid ocular complications.
